برنامج فاشل والبنك للأسف بعد ماكان من البنوك المميزه أصبح مزري جداً ولا أنصح بالتعامل مع البنك او المحفظه الدوليه. وسوف أذكر أهم الأسباب لذلك:
- عند ارسال مشكله او طلب لا يتم الرد ولا النظر في الإيميل.
- الرسوم عند التداول او التحويل عاليه ومبالغ فيها جداً جداً.
- صعوبة التعامل بالتطبيق وصعوبة التفاهم مع الموظفين عند الاتصال(( موظف واحد فقط هو الفاهم وتعاون معي بحل المشكله )) البقيه للأسف لم يقدمو الخدمه بشكل جيد.
لأني أريد الخير للجميع ابتعد عن الراجحي الماليه والخيارات البديله كثيره وقطعاً هي الأفضل. بغض النظر عن مبررات البنك.
ومجبور أضع نجمه مع أنه لا يستحقها لا المصرف ولا التطبيق..
والله على ما أقول شهيد.
