In the first year my loss is 11.2% indicating poor performance added to total ignorance to the customer expectations. The name Rajhi with the profit of the bank draw the wrong expectations with the customers. They are serious in collecting the money and bringing new customers; however, they will never share the loss with customers ensuring their profit and protection with no protection to the customer.

تجربتي سيئة جدًا. تم الاشتراك عبر OTP بدون عرض واضح للشروط وقتها، وبعدها اكتشفت رسوم وغرامات عالية على السحب المبكر. طلبت تسجيل المكالمة والتفاصيل المالية وما تم تزويدي فيها بشكل واضح. يوجد ضعف كبير في الإفصاح عن شروط العقد—أنصح أي شخص يراجع كل التفاصيل قبل الاشتراك

C’est de l’arnaque. Je suis canadien et j’ai toujours investit dans des fonds comme ça au Canada mais cette fois ci j’ai eu une arnaque. Le monsieur m’a rien expliqué et il m’a fait signer sur pleins de papiers et il m’a dit que je peux sortir mon argent quand je veux et finalement quand j’ai voulu prendre mon argent pour une urgence de 60K j’ai pris juste 41k. Ils m’ont eu avec 19k. Parce que le monsieur m’a caché l’histoire des pourcentage 30% 20% et 10%. Je ne recommande pas de tout. Laissez votre argent avec vous c’est beaucoup plus rentable.

Dealing with this insurance it’s the worst customer service I ever deal with my entire life stay away from I have done a claim after a month no one’s coming back to me , I am still calling every day and still telling me next day they will come back to me !!!!!
