The app is clunky and very restrictive. Making any sort of transaction is a pain and restrictive. The app makes controlling your own money very difficult with multiple authentication processes. 

The biometric always resets to sign in. The user interface is confusing and unclear. This app might be the reason I switch banks

Heavy. This how i would describe the App. Buggy too. Unfortunately it asks for a lot of SMS OTP which at certain time stops sending. We have then to start over again. We need for every new step to call the bank. It’s not really logical since this app is supposed to make ur life easier. Needs a new design and rethinking.

Every time I tried to simply wire money from the app it gets rejected for placing the correct currency even though I have explicitly chosen the currency in the currency drop down box. After approximately 20 calls with the bank customer service nothing could be done to fix this problem with the app. I am considering changing my bank because it’s 2018 and no one should be struggling with online banking applications.

I couldn’t activate my card when I’m traveling by app. For 8 days they couldn’t fix the problem.
Then I tried to transfer money to another Bank account again I couldn’t do it because of technical error S usual !!

I keep getting “connection errors” although All other apps perform perfectly. I had to delete the app and re-install again many times, I even tried to switch off my phone and restart. It didn’t work!! I am trying for almost a month now. Unbelievable

١- لايدعم الفيس اي دي
٢- لايدعم شاشة ٦.٥ على الايفون
٣- ياريت تشوفون البنوك الثانية في المنطقةايش تقدم من خدمات من خلال برامجهم ممكن تحسون على دعمكم شوي.
٤- رجعيين 
٥- خدمة العملاء من سنة نقولهم على الاخطاء اللي في البرنامج ولا حياة لمن تنادي

Not only the user interface is outdated, the app is also very slow and doesn’t support new iOS features like passwords auto fill. This is a bank app and it should follow all security best practices!

اشكر مصرف الريان على البرنامج الطيب وغريبه يعني ماشوف ولا تعليق وعليه انصح اداره مصرف الريان تحث ع الاقل موظفينها على التعليق ع برنامج بتوفيق

The app doesn’t let me copy/paste for any number from outside the app, every time I want to transfer money through the IBAN I should enter the 29 number manually by looking which is not accurate, please let my to copy and paste through the app or add some reading QR future. Thanks

An amazing app, I use it for everything, I haven’t seen my branch in awhile now, I think the next update need to consider that the OTP is always sent in English, I use both Arabic & English on my phone however every time I input the OTP I have to switch from Arabic to English! Something need to be done so the keyboard switch automatically into English without me changing the setup!
