After getting my accounts by visiting the branch , i wanted to access the app and after following all the steps i got to the part where i had to put in the otp and for 3 hours i didnt get the otp and couldnt complete the sign up to access my account through the app. ### 2/5 — Needs better improvement for Branch and ATM Access, Plus Unfair Low-Balance Fees *2024-11-04, version 3.5.2* “I’ve been banking with Al Salam Bank in Bahrain, but there are a few issues that stand out. Firstly, the bank has a limited number of branches, making it inconvenient to find a nearby location when needed. On top of that, Al Salam Bank seems to have the fewest ATMs around major shopping malls and districts, which adds to the inconvenience when trying to access cash. Another concern is the one-dinar charge applied whenever my balance drops below a certain amount. This fee feels unfair, especially when it’s difficult to avoid during tight months.
