البرنامج فيه مشاكل كتير و فيه خيارات كتير مش موجودة 
أسوء برنامج و portal شوفته 
الحاجات البسيطة حتي فيها مشاكل 
مثلا اضافة فرد مفيش خيار زوجة
مفيش خيار متابعة حجوزات الأفراد المضافين 
مفيش غير حجوزاتي أنا بس 
دي مجرد امثلة 
ده غير ان بياناتي في ال portal القديم مش موجودة يعتبر بسجل نفسي من اول و جديد و اي اختبارات او اوديو او سجل قديم ليا كلها راحت

I work in tech and I dont think I’ve seen a worse app than this. Old accounts dont work, you can’t see medical reports and there’s nothing registered from your file in it. Not sure who sold the hospital such an app!

Old accounts don’t work, medical reports not available. Not sure how they managed to build such a useless app and portal in today’s age. Heights of incompetence!!!

Thank you Al Zahra hospital for lunching this app, I didn’t know that I have to register again as I have registered previously in the old app, but it worth the registration effort as the new App help me and my family to our appointment very easily and check our results instantly 😀

I've been using this medical healthcare app for few days now , and it has truly transformed the way i manage my bookings . The interface is user friendly, clean and very intuitive even for some one who isn't very tech - savvy.
