Poor Rewards, Poor Value for Money

Disappointing rewards program! Spending over 40 JOD to earn around 500 points, only to redeem them for cheap branded merchandise, offers very little value. I expected rewards like free coffee or other products instead. Al Ameed should reconsider its rewards system to better appreciate customer loyalty.
