Calls from other GSM operators (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, etc.) consistently fail when trying to reach my Alap IP number. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it makes the number almost unusable for business and emergency communication. A mobile number is supposed to provide reliable connectivity, but Alap IP fails to deliver even the most basic expectation: receiving calls from other networks. This creates serious trust issues, especially when people try to contact me urgently but cannot get through. I strongly urge Alap IP to immediately resolve this interconnection failure with GSM operators. Without fixing this issue, customers cannot depend on the service, and it damages the brand’s reputation.
