Alabama Blue allows Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama members to access their health plan information on the go.

Register or log in to:

Try finding a Dr on this app.  Crazy format.  Filter doesn’t work very good.  iPhone app impossible to search.  iPad a little better.

The Alabama Blue has made my life so easy when I am trying to find out information on claims, referrals, changing primary physicians and more. 

I like being able to setup my payments automatically and changes when I need to make them without hassles.

Please don’t change a thing.

I have to pay full price for my prescription’s upon pickup. Then apply for reimbursement online and it takes weeks to get my $ back.

This app does not help you find providers. Does not let you see your claims. It just has you log in over and over and shows your policy number but there is no actual benefit to using it. I’ve never seen a states blue cross blue shield this pathetic.
