But if you’re trying to use it for anything else, good luck. Face ID doesn’t work. When looking through past transactions, it randomly jitters and bugs out when scrolling past 3 months ago. That’s all I really do so not too in depth. There’s always a random N/A showing up on the accounts, the FACEID seems to rarely ever work, every times there’s an update or something it wipes away the stored user ID, and a slew of other problems. New to Alabama, our finances were temporarily complicated, getting auto deposits changed, etc. We were in there at least weekly, for six weeks! Personnel in the Gulf Shores branch were patient, helpful, and laughing with us at our neediness! Kudos! However, the online banking app is clumsy and hard to use, compared to the app used by my former bank. It is driving me nuts. I cannot easily see regular payments, and I have to scroll through the payment history in my accounts, to see the previous month payments, and in today’s world of no paper bills, I can’t easily repeat unchanging amounts. I suggest that ACU check out the system used by Armstrong Bank. It is worlds easier! ### 3/5 — Just ok *2023-10-26, version 7.29.1.10337* The app is really slow. Several updates ago it no longer does the simple Face ID to login, it went from the simplicity of Face ID to having to scroll through the saved passwords (thankfully it starts with an A) to find your password, to now you have to either manually enter your password or copy and paste it. Completely ridiculous! As soon as I convince my husband to change credit unions we are because all the complications and hassles are just not worth it, plus none of our local branches do anything in office: applying for a loan of any kind (home car other…) without having to schedule an appointment for someone from somewhere else to come down to the office so you can handle your business. On top of all that they (our local office) don’t even have an updated atm where you can make deposits right there, instead you have to go inside and wait.
