Occasionally the app is unusable because all of my account info will be missing and the app requests it over and over to no avail. ### 3/5 — Ok app *2022-12-12, version 1.0.27* Would be a great app if it was possible to pay or use Apple Pay or Google Pay like you can on the website 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2022-11-06, version 1.0.27* The fields where you would enter user ID and password won’t except my entries. I finally got user ID to stick, but now I can’t seem to enter the password. It’s like the field is rejecting any entry. Why on God’s green earth Alabama Power thinks that filling in the registration credentials for you is a good idea when you need to type them in yourself for them to certify properly is beyond me.
