When opening the app it immediately closes. Worked great until it was updated. My advice is: If it works don’t try to “ fix it”. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-06-19, version 1.1.5* Mines are not working at all for weeks now. I don’t know what to do. They were easy to set up but the 2 apps you’re able to use, neither work correctly. You can view live video but when using a SD or TF micro card both apps either don’t record or playback. Connected Alaga tech support and their approach is to ignore you and hope you go away. It’s a money grab because they want you to use the cloud service. They need to stop selling a product that doesn’t work as advertised. The lack of customer service shows they only care about the initial sale and not the customer. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-05-06, version 1.1.5* What’s the use of a security camera if it never works? About 75% of the time I open the app to look at the camera it just shows a black screen? I tap to reload and it says fail to reload. You’re lucky if it actually shows the camera working. I would get notifications, but no camera. It worked for less than 24 hours and suddenly the app went black. I deleted the app and restarted the camera and now the app will not allow me to log in or even make a new account it says attempt fail. It would cut out every now and then and sometimes I couldn’t get it to move. But eventually I moved houses last month (march 2026) and the move wasn’t far. I wasn’t using the camera because I was still moving but recently I tried to use it and the camera wasn’t moving, the screen was black and the lights were blinking but nothing was connecting. I figure I would cancel my subscription because it was just inconvenient for me. But I have not found anything to cancel this and my bank account isn’t letting me cancel either.
