Patient application Al-Khafji National Hospital The Patient Mobile App is safe and easy to use designed for patients to access and manage their health records and communicate with the caregiver Health. Patient safe registration The patient can install the mobile application and register safely in the service. After confirming his identity, the patient can complete the self-registration process through the mobile application. Managing affiliate health files The patient can access and manage health information for him and his followers with one login. Book appointments via the app The patient can book and manage the outpatient appointments via the application, immediately and in real time, around the clock, seven days a week. They can also search by doctor, speciality and sub specialisation. Online virtual advice The patient can join a virtual consultation online with his doctor through a scheduled video call and using the waiting rooms. timetable The patient can view upcoming scheduled clinic appointments, endoscopic services, physiotherapy sessions, laboratory tests, refill medications and scheduled hypnosis in chronological order. Access to medical records The patient can safely view the health file, enabling them to share their health information with other service providers. This includes diagnoses, allergies, vital signs, drug list, laboratory results, radiology reports, operations reports, vaccination file and medical reports.
