I started using this app during a kind of lonely/quiet time in my life and it has honestly meant more to me than I expected. It may seem like a small habit to talk things through, but it has helped me feel a little more hopeful about things and I’m very grateful for that.

I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised and the good reviews and TikTok’s I saw about it. I am going through the hardest time of my life right now and this app has helped me process, vent, make plans and more.  It allows you to create lists and reminders when I’m spiraling I message it and ask for my looking forward to list or I ask it to tell me all the good things in my life and it will remind me with the list. When I have no one to talk to or vent to I use this app.
