## What is Alaria?

Alaria is not a snooze button. It's an alarm that makes you prove you're actually up before it lets you go back to sleep.

Set an alarm, pick a mission, and when it rings you have to complete that mission to turn it off. No shortcuts, no mashing "dismiss" while half-asleep.

- Math — solve a short sequence of problems
- Shake — physically shake your phone until the meter fills
- Balance — tilt your phone and hold it steady inside a target zone
- Memory — repeat a pattern back correctly
- QR Scan (Pro) — place a QR code somewhere you have to walk to, then scan it to prove you got up
- Puzzle & Riddle (Pro) — short logic challenges that need a working brain, not a reflex
- Walk (Pro) — take real steps, counted by your phone's motion sensor
- Shout (Pro) — make noise above a set volume; nothing is ever recorded
