## What is Alarm Buddy?

Alarm Buddy is a wake alarm for the moment after it rings: getting out of bed and beginning one small first morning action.

Set one recurring alarm, choose the days it should ring, and pick the first thing you want to move toward—Water, Bathroom, Get dressed, Get out of bed, or one short action of your own.

When the alarm rings, you stay in control:
• Stop dismisses the alarm normally.
• Start with Biscuit opens a short, optional transition toward your chosen action.
• Skip movement is always available.

Biscuit keeps the experience calm and simple. There are no games, streaks, task lists, or scolding.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Set, edit, turn off, or delete one recurring wake alarm
• Choose weekdays and one first morning action
• Use a preset or save a short custom action on your device
• Take a 30-second guided movement step, or skip it
• See and manage the next scheduled alarm
• Use Alarm Buddy in light or dark appearance

IMPORTANT
Alarm Buddy requires iOS 26 or later and Alarm access. It manages one recurring alarm, not multiple alarms. Alarm Buddy is not a medical device, emergency alert, life-safety system, or guaranteed wake-up system.

For your first three mornings, keep your usual backup alarm set five minutes later until Alarm Buddy has rung correctly for you three times.

Your custom action text stays on your device. Analytics records only that the action is custom.
