Introducing the Alarm Clock HD by iLuv!  Alarm Clock HD is a basic and easy to use alarm clock app but there’s more to it. 

When you download Alarm Clock HD to your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, an amazing transformation takes place… it becomes a fully functional and user-friendly alarm clock and much more. 

With its large, handsome time display (in 12 hour or 24 hour formats), the app allows you to choose from multiple clock displays, adjust dimmer and offers a variety of “wake to” options, such as waking up to standard and non-traditional alarm sounds, as well as your own music or Internet radio station. You can even see the local weather conditions on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch screen.  For those with "colorful" personalities, there are 8 different background colors to choose from.

While you can enjoy using Alarm Clock HD on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch alone, if you really want the most from the app, you’ll need to use it with an iLuv-compatible speaker docks. Combined with the Alarm Clock HD app, the iLuv speaker docks transform into full-functional bed/desktop alarm clock radios.

I bought an iluv alarm clock docking system and it requires this app to even work. I downloaded the app and it won't even open. I'm taking back the $90 iluv alarm clock and getting my money back what a freaking joke. Now I have to waste my time and gas to go bring it back. No wonder I got the alarm clock on clearance for $24 dollars. Stupid!

For the simple fact that the "Dock is not compatible because the software is not installed, would you like to install it now?" notification popped up EVERY SINGLE TIME I PUT MY iPad ON THE DOCK, I am giving this app one star. It's obnoxious, manipulative, and a waste of precious space. I will never open or run the app, either. 

I hate the fact that you, by sheer obnoxious pop-up notifications, forced me into downloading an app I DO NOT WANT AND DO NOT NEED. 

GET YOUR BUSINESS PROGRAM TOGETHER AND QUIT MANIPULATING YOUR CUSTOMER BASE. 

At least it was free, it's got that going for it.

Alarm doesn't go off if phone is locked, but if I turn off autolock I can't sleep because the screen is too bright! And turning the brightness down on the app doesn't work properly. I bought the iluv dock which is good, but you can't use any of the settings on the dock in conjunction with the app, so its kinda pointless even having the app. Also, there are no uk radio stations on the app which is annoying. The dock itself is brilliant. Don't bother with the app.

This app is the same as the main app they offer. I got the dock for Christmas, and tried testing it yesterday and today.. But The alarm never went off. It's depressing cuz I'm sure my parents could have used the money they spent on this for something more useful like an alarm clock that actually goes off. The app keeps reshuffling my music mid song which is quite jarring, and the app has trouble staying open. I'm supposed to be acclimating myself to college life with the alarm clock, but I don't have any other alarm clock thats loud enough and this one doesn't function.. I would recommend that you skip this app, as it is a waste of space, time, and effort.
