I recently opened it to decide if I was going to keep it or delete it. I used the ONE program still available to me for sleep. I think it’s been 4 or 5 weeks. I am still not going to give it a higher rating. I spent a Lot of time creating the multiple programs- and since they are locked down- I can’t even get into them to see or change what is prohibited to me. I am fairly sure it’s the Binural beats I had set up. I could probably create something else - but with the abrupt update they did - and my resulting disappointment- and irritation- I chose to find other Aps - and I did. But I do like the One lonely program I have left so, I am adding 1 star. The thing that truly irritated me - deep down- is the fact they took all the free options away and put $$$ on the app. That’s wrong. I still feel that way. So I won’t pay & reward the developers for being greedy. 8 years ago I am a long time user of this App. At least 3 yrs. Before the most recent update I would have rated this all 5 stars. But the update yanked everything I used and enjoyed about this app and put a price tag on it. To get what I had -I have to pay more for it. The sleep sounds had this as part of it, and I used it a TON, and then they split the alarm off the better sleep app, and now want more money for me to use the same parts I already paid about $25 for. Since we paid for this, it was part of the app we paid for, I would have had FAR more trust/faith in the company if they had given all the lifetime members free access to this specific app as well, when they grew the app family/decided the app. As it is, I’ve stopped using both, and until they give me access to the sounds I had already paid for, I am unlikely to use this one again. Obviously a success rate of exactly fifty percent is less than ideal. But the biggest problem is the wake up routines. One sounded like a hammer, one sounded like a drill. Definitely not what I had asked for in my settings. Whenever it first came out. I got for one price one time, and I’ve used it every night since. My body is so attuned to this app now that whenever i put on the sleep sounds no matter where I am, I will fall asleep soundly- and wake up right on time! The ability to not only customize the sounds- which are fantastic!- but the levels for each one is such a chefs kiss touch. I have friends that all use their own alarm clock/ sleep sounds/ binaural beats/ meditation apps, and they just don’t compare for me. I end up just sharing this app with each of them! If you’ve found this app in the store/ through your search somehow- get it.
