## What is Alarm Drill?

Alarm Drill is an exercise alarm clock that gets you out of bed. To end the alarm, you prove you are up: push-ups over your phone, squats, a dance, or a few sums. It uses Apple's alarm system, so it rings on time in silent mode and in Focus. Then a short morning card shows how your morning went.

WAKE-UP MISSIONS
• Push-ups: phone on the floor under your chest. Knee push-ups count.
• Squats, plank and jumping jacks.
• Dance: copy the moves on the card, or just keep moving.
• Math, typing, color focus, memory, steps, shake and barcode missions.
Pick a level for each alarm, and try any mission before you use it.

HOW IT RINGS ON IPHONE
iPhone always shows its own button on an alarm. For a mission alarm that button pauses the alarm for 2 minutes and it rings again, until you open the mission and finish it. "Start mission" on the alarm opens it straight away. A plain alarm without a mission stops with one tap.

CAMERA CHECK
Turn on Camera check and the camera counts your push-ups, squats, plank, jumping jacks and dance moves from your body position. You see a live outline of what it tracks. Everything runs on your phone: no image or video is stored or uploaded.

NEVER STUCK
• Sore back or sick? After 90 seconds without a rep, switch to Math for today.
• Settings, "Sick or injured?": pause body missions for a day, 3 days or a week.
• After 5 failed attempts or 10 minutes, the mission is skipped: tap 1 to 4 in order to stop the alarm.

SKIP ONE MORNING, KEEP THE REST
Tap "Skip next" on a repeating alarm to skip only tomorrow's ring, with Undo. Next week's same day still rings.

YOUR MORNING CARD
On time or late, seconds to get up, today's weather, your first calendar event, on-time mornings this month, and your reps: "+12 push-ups this morning, 214 this month".

ALARM DRILL PLUS
Body missions, Camera check, your reps history, alarm backup, and Remove ads included.
• Yearly: 7 days free for new subscribers, then billed yearly. Alarm Drill reminds you 2 days before the free week ends.
• Monthly, or Lifetime as a single payment with no renewal.

FREE, WITH ONE AD A DAY AT MOST
The free version keeps every classic mission. Ads appear only on the morning card, at most once a day, and never while an alarm rings or during a mission. A one-time Remove ads purchase turns them off.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-in.
• Alarms, missions and your reps stay on your phone.
• No contacts or location. Only your chosen city's coordinates go to the weather service.
