Fa il suo ma non permette di abilitare gli “avvisi importanti” per abilitare notifiche anche in caso di modalità full immersion o audio disabilitato. Altra anomalia è che rientrando nell’app dopo un certo tempo di utilizzo sia necessario forzare un ricaricamento della pagina e non viene fatto automaticamente.

Ha (spero ancora per poco) una buona nomea ma i problemi e l’arretratezza tecnologica di questi prodotti è vergognosa. Spero di poter tornare ad utilizzare il mio sistema unifilare il prima possibile grazie ad una app funzionante e che contempli tutti gli antifurti. Davvero un cliente molto insoddisfatto del prodotto e del vostro rapporto con il cliente. Assistenza inesistente.

Concordo con un altro utente: incredibile acquistare un intero impianto filare con centrali “vecchie”, costose, vendute come fossero all’avanguardia e con un app che NECESSITA di un update (grafico e funzionale, notifiche assenti) quando dopo pochi mesi esce la nuova app compatibile solo con una nuova centrale…. Per favore aggiornate almeno la vecchia app Home Alarm! Grazie!

Appena istallato un impianto di allarme biticino, sicuramente non economico! E SORPRESA! Se scatta l’allarme nessun avviso sull’iPhone ! Spero risolvano in fretta perché se ti entrano i ladri in casa e tu non puoi saperlo, a che serve un allarme ?

Non capisco perché un azienda come Bticino faccia una nuova applicazione lasciando esclusi i clienti con antifurto filare con centrale 4201, non trovo corretto che chi ha acquistato un impianto con un costo del genere sia tagliato fuori dalla nuova applicazione, visto che la vecchia è obsoleta da molti anni.
