is very good but the alarm sounds only last for one sec i need a longer constent sound to wake me up . thanks

The latest version of the app uses native system alarms so you'll get longer constant sound to wake you up! 
Don't hesitate to share feedback with the dedicated button in the Settings of the app for faster process of your request. :)

This would be really useful to me as I need an alarm that I can set to the second, but this only shows a notification on screen, there’s no way to make it play an actual sound of any sort, so it’s useless!

I’ve been through the Apple Sound/Notification settings too. Nothing. This app is literally dumb. 

Also, there’s a bug that if you set it to trigger on, say, Monday to Friday, it still activates on Sunday.

A new update (version 3.2) has just been released that addresses a problem which could prevent alarms from triggering correctly. Please update the app and give it another try.
