It offers far more functionality than the built-in iOS app. My favorite features are the Day Minders, the highly customizable Nag Me option, and the Timer Queue. It's great to keep track of doctor's appointments, birthdays, and parties. The prealarms, day-minders, and location alarms are a great added bonus. I love that I can also back up my data in case there's an issue with my phone.
