Introducing Alarmer – an alarm clock app that keeps you accountable in staying awake after you dismiss your alarm by sending an embarrassing message to a contact if you don’t wake up!  

How does it work? 

(1) Contact setting – For each alarm you create, you can assign a contact that you wouldn’t want an embarrassing message to be sent to! 

(2) Wake up Check – After you dismiss your alarm, you have to confirm that you have stayed awake after a set period of time.

 (3) SMS Sending – If you fail to confirm that you’re awake, a customizable embarrassing message of your choice will be sent to the contact!

I’ve always had trouble maintaining a consistent sleeping schedule ever since I came to college and Alarmer has helped me wake up at 8 AM sharp for 3 weeks in a row. Love how simple yet useful the app is. I’d love it if there was a feature to track my progress/streak of waking up on time.
