The client look up never works. I used AlarmNet 360 web version for years on my iPad. It is hard. I have to zoom in or out sometimes. Sometimes everything greyed out. Sometimes I have to logon and login. Now I use the app all the time and I love it! It works, as it is easy! But the sync has problems. :( I have synced through LTEM-PXV/A but now I can’t. I have called Resideo Tech Support and they tell me firmware needs updating. Sync still didn’t work. I emailed Resideo Tech Support, Kevin Smith, and the sync worked again!
