I whole-heartedly love to help individuals progress on their health & fitness journey. From complete novices, to avid gym-goers with 10+ years of experience. Some coaches like to have a niche of clientele they work with, however my niche here @8WB, is 18-35 year old men & woman that are eager to develop & improve their quality of life, via scientifically correct nutrition, training & recovery. My vast array of successful client transformations prove that no matter the individual, or their specific goal; I have the knowledge, the guidance & provide the accountability that YOU require, in order to transform your body & mind, once and for all.
