I downloaded the app to make flying easier. 24 hours before departure, I tried 5 times to check-in. Told me I was an early bird. Ridiculous. Went to Alaskaair and checked in, immediately. What a waste.

When I went to check in for my flight from John Wayne Airport to SeaTac, I decided to change my seat and to check my bag. Not sure why your app made me pay for both the seat change and adding one piece of luggage in two separate transactions but it was very frustrating. I made the selections at the same time yet when it came time to pay, I had to pay separately. Please make things more streamlined because traveling can be hectic and stressful in the best of of situations. Thank you.

Service was GREAT!!!
Getting charged for our bags on the trip UP…NOT COOL!!! We were not aware of a per bag charge, as we are Club 49 members.
Evidently that’s only applicable flying IN or OUT of Alaska.
