The Magazine Facebook person responded once but gave no solution. The email contact never responded. So they have my $ and I have no access. ### 1/5 — Scam - Avoid! *2014-12-16, version 1.0.3* App has been broken for months. Like all the other reviewers, I have paid for a magazine that I can't read. I've emailed their support staff multiple times but all they ever say is they are aware of the problem. It's a magazine app, not a spaceship...it shouldn't take months to fix. Received link to install app on Apple. Downloaded and tried plugging in user ID and Password. Got invalid acct. No response from developer or magazine customer support. Stick with Amazon for purchases and buy books on Kindle. ITunes subcription more expensive than digital subscription on website that uses same app. Customer service is useless- I finally gave up on trying to get credit for an annual renewal that I paid for but never showed up. Monthly issue downloads are inconsistent- often not available until late in month. App last updated in 2014. Subscribe at your own risk.
