### 1/5 — Outdated

*2026-05-19, version 25*

Needs a lot of improvements logging is usually tough if you haven’t used in a while. The emails to be sent don’t get sent right away sometimes longer than is allotted for you to put the code in.

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2026-04-20, version 25*

Do not recommend it

### 1/5 — Clunky and Glitchy

*2026-04-19, version 25*

This is one of the most simple yet clunky and bug filled apps that I have ever used. It blows my mind that a major health insurance company uses this as a benefit for their members.

### 1/5 — Horrible UI

*2026-04-14, version 23*

Please hire a mid-level UX Designer to work with the front end engineer. DM if you’d like assistance with this. Thanks.

### 1/5 — Just an awful, clunky app

*2026-04-13, version 23*

I mean, it would take real effort to make an app worse than this. So clunky and confusing, good lord.

### 1/5 — Pitifully bad

*2026-03-30, version 23*

This “app” is basically a poorly designed website that can show up on a phone. Our institution switched plans and this must have been the lowest bidder in the RFP. No visualizations, impossible to read. Stunningly bad in this day and age.

### 1/5 — Infuriating

*2026-03-23, version 23*

This app is hard to navigate. You have to re-sign in frequently. It’s not organized intuitively so you spend a lot of time trying to find what you’re looking for. Not user friendly. I feel like the people who are writing good reviews must not have interacted with a modern day app or work for the company.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-03-13, version 23*

Difficult to have to open so many icons to enter data. Insufficient ‘back’ buttons. Programs are not applicable. Does not sync well. Overall very frustrating.

### 1/5 — App issues

*2026-03-10, version 23*

Continuous synch issues

### 1/5 — App connection

*2026-03-05, version 23*

The app does not connect to apple health device

### 1/5 — Setting you up to fail

*2026-03-03, version 22*

This is a terrible app. Not user friendly at all. I think my employer picked it because they don't want us to reach our goals. If I can't use the app it is less money they have to reimburse me.

### 1/5 — Not User Friendly

*2026-03-03, version 22*

This app is ridiculous! It’s not up to date. My information does not show up for days. I don’t have accurate readings. DO SOMETHING!!!

### 1/5 — App truly sucks

*2026-02-22, version 22*

App truly sucks

### 1/5 — Garbage app

*2026-02-22, version 22*

Alaveda is unbelievably bad. The old app my employer used to encourage employees to participate in healthy activities (Personify) challenged me in multiple ways that led me to improve my habits and see myself becoming healthier. I used Personify DAILY because it was easy and meaningful. Now that we have this Alaveda failure, I feel less healthy and lack any motivation to keep track of my habits. Cheap garbage. I am very disappointed with my health plan.

### 1/5 — Worst app!!!

*2026-02-20, version 22*

Our company switched to this app and it is awful! They make it so hard to get any points. The app is very difficult to navigate.

### 1/5 — Worse app ever on iPhone

*2026-02-17, version 22*

Not user friendly. Does not sync. Does not remember who you are even if you click remember computer for 30 days.

I’d rank it less than 1 star but not allowed.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-02-16, version 22*

Connecting and syncing is not working

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-14, version 27*

God this app is a downgrade from what we use to have. My org switched over to this app for the calendar year and it syncs data so much worse than our old one.

### 1/5 — Hard to navigate

*2026-08-06, version 27*

This app has decent potential, but my version of it is hard to navigate and doesn’t seem worth the effort. Seems to be no tutorial on how to use the app, just a bunch of places to click and maybe it will do something.

Hard to tell if my devices are connected and talking to share my activity tracking.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-07-21, version 27*

Like many others my employer switched to this for our benefits this year. The app is clunky at best and difficult to navigate. The website is a little better but the app itself is not helpful. It syncs with my watch and apps and that’s about all it’s good for.

### 1/5 — Buggy App

*2026-07-03, version 26*

App has some nice features but too difficult to use. Doesn’t sync very well. Seems really buggy. Considering I use this app for work benefits I expect a lot more.

### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible app. Just awful.

*2026-06-29, version 26*

App looks like a geocities web page from the 90’s. “Remember MFA for 30 days” option doesn’t work, the sign in page doesn’t pop up when you open the app until you click “sign out”, horribly confusing navigation and points earning. It’s just so bad. However, I’m forced to use it by work.

### 1/5 — The worst

*2026-06-27, version 26*

The worst tracker ever. Terribly user non friendly. They seem clueless.

### 1/5 — Awful UI

*2026-06-17, version 26*

This app is so clunky and lame.

### 1/5 — This app sucks

*2026-06-07, version 25*

Our employer switched to MediKeeper/Alaveda this year and it’s so much more difficult to track the needed activity in order to get points to earn HSA funds. I joke they switched so they would have to pay out less, but seriously not a joke!

### 1/5 — Really bad

*2026-05-22, version 25*

This app is terrible. Hard to navigate, small font, horrible user interface.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-05-19, version 25*

This app is garbage. Poorly designed, not user friendly, excessive repetitive tasks which make use confusing and frustrating.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Bucky

*2026-04-30, version 25*

Glitchy, links don’t work, and feature to connect trackers is horrible and doesn’t work most of the time. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could.

### 5/5 — Terrible

*2026-01-28, version 22*

The least user friendly app I have ever seen

### 5/5 — Best wellness app I’ve used

*2023-08-14*

This app is so easy to use and has tons of helpful information, videos, articles, and links. I can learn about my personal health, knowing my info is secure. 10/10!

### 5/5 — So convenient

*2019-10-08*

This app makes it so easy for me to participate in my wellness program! I can earn points, get my rewards, and compete in challenges. Glad my company offers this!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2019-10-07, version 2.8*

I have been using this app for my wellness program and love it. Easy to sync devices and has all the same functionality as my desktop version.

### 4/5 — The App is Bad

*2026-02-13, version 22*

Your app has some nice features, but it is VERY hard to find what one is looking for on it. After 6 weeks it’s not an app that is east to use.
The print is too small. I know I’ve gained 5000 points in 6 weeks and I am allowed to earn 8000 for the year, it’s hard to find directions in order to understand the concepts you are offering.

### 3/5 — It’s Difficult

*2026-01-18, version 21*

While I like what the app has to offer, it is desperately difficult to find what you want and becomes intensely frustrating. For example, I wanted to find the form to take to a doctor’s office. I had to push an”i” after meandering thru the app and had no idea I had to work so hard to find an important piece of paper!
I have to remember way too much to find what it is in the app and it gives absolutely no direction where things are located or what points are actually worth.
TOTAL CONFUSION!!!

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

*2026-01-07, version 21*

Just clunky. So many clicks to one thing. It’s tricky to navigate

### 2/5 — It’s a trash

*2026-04-03, version 23*

This app is so glitchy. Notifications for things I’ve already viewed. Enter a text or birthday or whatever they are asking - hit accept it clears out the box rather than accept it.

It’s a huge time waste and I find it sad my insurance and benefits are tied to such a disappointing app.

when I try to change my password a’- it says session expired despite me entering the new accepted password within 20 seconds of receiving a code

Hilariously enough - the app accepted my new password when I tried it - they just tell you “session expired” but in reality you were done. Nothing like wasting my time trouble shooting this bc the designers can’t program a simple “your password change has been accepted”

This app is a great to lose your hair and ruin your mental health

### 2/5 — Confusing

*2026-03-27, version 23*

The app is hard to navigate. Should mirror the simplicity of personify health app.
