Somewhat unreliable. ### 1/5 — A poor performer *2025-06-20* The old Anglicare Halo app worked. This one doesn’t- it can’t even remember a user login when “Remember Me” is checked. Requires a password every time. Home Screen shows completed visits as scheduled, but future visits are on the Schedule tab. Why? The chat/ message button doesn’t load, and there is no simple method of cancelling a visit. This requires a phone call to the office! Very much a backwards step and certainly not user friendly, particularly given the target clientele. ### 3/5 — Logon *2025-06-18* For aged pensioners that use this app it is very difficult to remember and enter password each time. When will FaceID be available. Also why doesn’t the app send text notifications ???
