Says update so I tap it and there is no update can’t even use the app

**Developer response:** Hi! If you don't have auto update, please update manually.  You can email me at info@hospitalityvision.net with any issues.   Hope you have been able to update and take all the great tours.

Doesn’t seem like a modern day app and is hard to use. Also that chat bot is creepy…

Poor design for phone use. Unmanageable for the screen size.  Very disappointed.
