## What is Alberici ARGO?

The best management experience - anywhere, anytime.
You will have access to your fleet of machines, to check their condition, performance and location in real time.
You'll be able to conveniently keep an eye on all your Alberici Coin Changers and Change-Changes and reduce unproductive downtime and significantly increase management profitability.

FUNCTIONALITY’
-Display machine accounting, with disbursed and collected amounts and the value of residual credits reset
-Checking the service status of the machines, the availability of cash and the consequent need for refueling or unloading
-Access the list of all peripherals on each machine and check their service and connection status
-Tracking machine opening and closing events
-Live Positioning of each machine on an interactive map, thanks to the use of GPS technology
-Enabling/disabling the machine
-Authorization of the machine to provide a credit
-Laundry LCT Checkout Management: Accounting, Collection Statistics and Activations (Washers, Dryers, Products), CSV Export

How does ARGO work?
-The interface module installed on each Alberici Coin Changer and Change-Changer must be equipped with a SIM card enabled for data communication

Remote withdrawal: after sending, a dialog shows the estimated time before the machine connects, along with a reminder not to cancel the transaction.

Enable/disable: new dialog with the estimated time before the machine applies the command.

Fixed withdrawal from dispensers with coin values below one euro.

LCT Laundry: machine status is now consistent between the list and the machine page, including the cash box open warning, and the list is sorted by last update.

Commands and events: withdrawal amount and code are now readable, including in exports.

Password recovery: clear message when the username or email address does not exist.
