## What is Albert Connect?

Albert Ops is the operations companion for the Albert concierge team. It brings the entire member service into one refined, fast interface, so every request is handled with the discretion and precision our members expect.

From your phone you can:

Handle requests. Every incoming request lands in a live queue, with priority and response times at a glance. The intelligent router assigns each one to the right concierge automatically, based on timezone, current workload and availability.

Know your members. Open a complete profile for anyone: preferences and taste, past and current requests, membership, privacy settings and recent activity. Everything you need to serve them personally, in one place.

Converse and close. Message members directly, send quotes and secure payment links, and leave private team notes members never see. One ticket, one conversation.

Curate the collection. Add a place by simply naming it, and let Albert fill in the details and gather photos. Edit descriptions, manage photos, and decide what is recommended and what is not.

Run the team. Create concierge and admin accounts, set permission levels, and switch yourself online or offline in a tap when you step away.

Albert Ops is reserved for the ALBERT concierge team. Access requires a team account.

THE BOARD
Every brief the network puts out, in three views: everything open,
your own requests, and the bids you have placed. Filter by
speciality, sort by where the activity is or where you are most
likely to win. Your own briefs never appear on the open board.

SEALED BIDS
You see your own bid and never anyone else's. You compete on what
you can deliver, not on undercutting a number.

TERMS BOTH SIDES AGREE
Set the price, the commission and the split on sliders and watch
what the client pays update as you drag. A deal exists only once
both sides have accepted the same terms. Then one payment link,
and each share is written the moment the client pays.

STRAIGHT TO A COLLEAGUE
Hand a brief to one person from the directory. It goes to them
and to nobody else, and never appears on the board.

SIGN IN WITH FACE ID
Skip the password. Your credentials stay in this device's
keychain and never reach our servers.

ALSO ON THE WEB
The marketplace now runs in a browser at
market.albert-conciergerie.com, with the same account.

FIXED
Sessions no longer end while you are away from the app. The
commission and split gauges follow your finger. A brief closes
by dragging it down. The guided tour is shorter and describes
the app as it is today.
