The app worked fine. It even allowed me to check in from a truck stop. My google timeline says I’ve visited 3000 places. That’s some great numbers if you Can monopolize the business but imagine my phone with 3000 individual apps! They did have some other Check-In methods. I don’t know if that was supported by you but do that.

I checked in before midnight for an appointment at 3am, and the check in didn’t work. The receiver said because I needed to wait until after midnight, but there was no sign about this.

The app is junk. Couldn’t find location even with precise location on and all permissions granted to app. Have Verizon and this was in Fort Worth Texas so signal not the issue. Went to website, which is basically the app, got checkin even got confirmation. 
Two hours later I get a call to checkin again, 1 hrs after my appt time. Did anyone even test this or did they just say good to go.

Checked in at 12:30 am and app started showing that i am in line
But after 8 hours and more than 15 calls which they don't pick up when our appointment time was . 
They said it's system sometimes removes our check in automatically 
So who is responsible for my tome which your system waisted almost 8 hours and now i have to start again to check in.

If you are using the automated check in system then be sure to determine if your system is working correctly.
