It’s been 3 weeks since they charged me for one order I never received and still working on getting my money back. They say they will refund and then do not. Beware they will steal and keep your money. Also waited half hour for order in parking lot and never got it. All around awful experience. Worst I’ve ever had with a grocery store. I’m a retired vendor and I always appreciated Katie and her team. But more so even now whenever we’re coming in to shop and if we’re getting something that’s on ad it doesn’t matter if it’s the beginning of the end of the ad she always has it supplied. Probably one best store personal I experienced shopping . If needed customer service is easy to connect with and they are so efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The staff who bring the groceries out to your car are an absolute pleasure. The only negative is that my produce is almost always disappointing. Green beans that won’t snap, like rubber. Cauliflower that begins browning next day. Romaine lettuce wilted and not even close to lettuce I would choose. I never get changes to my order without a chance to edit.
