Why does this app even exist? 

Just enable tap to pay at the pump.

This makes is more inconvenient for you to take my money.

It keep glitching. It doesn’t show my savings. Says “incorrect format”.

The idea behind this app is great. You have your pump activated and ready to go before you even get out of your car, but it doesn’t work. Every time I go to fill up at my local Albertsons Fill Station, the app either cannot find my location, or if it does, let’s me select the pump number, but fails to activate when you tap to pay at the bottom of the screen. We his seems to be the way every app like this for fill stations works. Just put in tap to pay on the pumps and call it a day. That works every time.

This app rarely works. The begin fueling option is always greyed out. I cant use any of my rewards and it just seems like no one cares when i say anything. Terrible app.

I have an Albertsons fuel center adjacent to my home,  but since the roll out of the “One-Touch Fueling” it has worked twice. That’s two times in 4 months. The store shows up on the map and has all the cool options, but when you want to activate the pump and begin fueling, the button is grayed out. I’ve mentioned it 3-4 times to attendants at the station, but that’s as helpful as an unsolicited “let me fix your computer” call from India so gave up trying. I’ve called the number in the app for help that the self help faqs don’t cover, but alas if you don’t have 45 min to an hour to wait on hold, I wouldn’t waste your time. All in all the idea is genius, and both times it worked I was amazed how convenient it was, but the reliability makes the possible time savings negligible. I wouldn’t waste my time with it until they figure out how to make it work.

It’s very hit or miss if the app actually works. When it does work, it’s super convenient. But lately, it doesn’t work more often than it does.

The app is about as great as the supply chain crisis. But at least customer service is willing to step up and offer a refund when everything breaks down and I end up paying $20 in fees and gratuities when a $150 order produces less than $30 worth of actual delivered goods.

It links you link your rewards card and Apple Pay so that you only need to launch the app, select your pump number, and pump your gas! Saves time and keeps thieves from skimming your card at the pump. Love it.
