Cant connect in APP because it’s saying the DID is invalid. I’ve scanned with camera and entered manually. Can only see on home monitor. It was advertised as being able to watch while you are away from home-not true; I was only able to watch the app/camera from inside my house. The setup instructions do not even have customer service information-I had to search online for help, and they are almost as nonexistent. Now it only works while connected to wi-fi. This makes my camera system almost useless now.
