No customer support options. Cant connect in APP because it’s saying the DID is invalid. I’ve scanned with camera and entered manually. Can only see on home monitor. The worst now I need to purchase new system that I can connect with my phone .

The picture on the camera is pretty good, and the app worked at first, but it no longer does, even after deleting & reinstalling. It was advertised as being able to watch while you are away from home-not true;  I was only able to watch the app/camera from inside my house.  The setup instructions do not even have customer service information-I had to search online for help, and they are  almost as nonexistent.  Do yourself a favor and invest in a different brand of security camera.

💬I bought this on a shopping network because they showed how you can see from your cellphone, but believe me when I tell you it's not true you cannot!!! I just don't want no one else to be fooled or very disappointed! I was gonna buy 2 more but instead I will be buying a better set that has a 5 star rating elsewhere! Just wanted to warned others I hope my review and the other negative ones here help you in your decision in investing in this product 😡

This app used to work great. Now it only works while connected to wi-fi. This makes my camera system almost useless now. I got the system so I could monitor my home while away and now I can't.

This app has some serious flaws. When i try to view camera 2 it takes me to camera 1, 90% of the time instead. 
PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!!!!!

This app worked well for our home security cameras in 2015 but now that it's 2016, the app doesn't let me select the dates I wish to view security footage as I wish. The start date is stuck in 2015. I want to be able to zone in on a certain timeframe of footage. Please fix it.
