The variety of classes is great and the connectivity I feel with the coaches makes me feel like I’m in the gym. I joined up at the beginning of Covid and have loved it ever since. The production quality of videos have gotten very good and the instructors are excellent. I did enjoy the live workouts but with one new workout a week it is a little less motivating for me but there are plenty of workouts to choose from. The combination of yoga, strength and cardio keep it interesting and provide a full body challenge for all ages (I’m 57). The coaches are great! They provide modifications, are easy to follow and motivate you all the way through. Prior to the pandemic I was a frequent in-gym participant. When everything stopped I appreciated the Instagram Live workout on demand versions prior to Alchemy Anywhere, but the official virtual platform a wonderful evolution and great answer to the global pandemic keeping many of us from in-person workouts. The app is extremely unhelpful and prevents me from managing a subscription I do not even have. I do not appreciate having money taken from me from a service I did not renew and prevents access to edit. ### 2/5 — Disappointing new format *2020-11-15, version 6.020.1* The new class format is really disappointing. They have options for with or without weights, so you can really work with what you have (or don’t have) at home and on the go. Hoping for more Flow classes soon! The flow classes are a great option when you have a little less time or a little less energy. Their workouts are seriously the best, are so unique, and high level.
