## What is Alchemy Training?

With Alchemy, you can log your upcoming workouts in advance so you know what you have coming up.

Once you've completed your workout, you can submit your score and it will be stored in your history so that you can see your progress.

On top of that, you can follow your friends and they can follow you - allowing you to compare results, see if your friends aren't training, and hold each other accountable to a high standard.

With Alchemy Premium, you can have workouts scheduled for you based on the equipment you have, as well as link Alchemy to your Strava account so that you can have your runs imported automatically.

The Alchemy App is designed to get you training more effectively, more often. Get workouts that suit you and the equipment you have!

The HWPO name, while meaningful to many athletes, isn't unique to our brand and products, so we changed it to align more with our goal of getting people training more effectively, and more often.

Nothing else is changing, we're still working hard to build products and software to assist people in their training, find community and keep track of what they've done.

The HWPO Timer is now here making it even easier for you to log your workouts.

Start a general timer or time a specific workout and directly submit your score from the timer screen. You can also tap the timer screen to count reps and rounds during your workout.

### 3.19 — 2020-08-20

In this latest version we have improved the schedule experience, making it easier for you to complete or edit workouts.
We have also added the ability to copy workouts that others have done and add them straight to your schedule.
When adding custom workouts, you can now pick the workout type from a list instead of adding it manually.
Other minor user experience improvements.
