It only allowed one login at a time, and we were repeatedly given explanations as to why this could not be corrected, which was frustrating and limiting. Unfortunately, the new system has introduced an entirely different set of concerns. The user interface feels bloated and confusing, relies heavily on outsourced links, and basic functions are missing or unreliable. We cannot easily view statements, access our 1099, or consistently log in without issues. Logging in is especially unreliable and often feels hit or miss. Overall, this feels like a major step backward rather than an improvement. From a customer perspective, it is disappointing and concerning that such a critical system was replaced with something that appears unfinished and poorly implemented. It creates the impression that expectations were oversold and the final product did not deliver. We want to trust and rely on our bank’s systems, but this experience has made that increasingly difficult. We sincerely hope these issues are acknowledged and addressed quickly, because in its current state, the system is causing more stress than convenience. ### 1/5 — Availability of funds deposited *2023-03-27* I understand the funds may not be available immediately but 4 days and sometimes more is ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Crashing *2017-10-07* After I log in I’m able to see accounts. However while scrolling down to see transactions the app always crashes at various times sometimes it crashes immediately and sometimes it crashes after a few seconds but it always crashes. ### 1/5 — Bad choice *2017-10-03* Old version was better. I can open another financial institution mobile app and deposit checks with the same camera without issue. ### 2/5 — Delete and reinstall *2021-02-28* I have to delete and reinstall this app all of the time. This started when facial recognition became available. This is the only app that I have to do this with. Apparently the iPad app is no longer functioning/supported, so this one needs to be doing double duty.
