## What is Alcova?

Walk into every meeting already prepared.

Alcova is the AI meeting assistant built for wealth advisers. Whether it’s a client review, prospect call, internal catch-up or partner discussion, Alcova helps you prepare, stay focused and turn every conversation into clear notes and next steps. No extra tabs. No copy-paste. No follow-ups slipping through the cracks.

THIRTY SECONDS TO KNOW EVERYTHING

Before each meeting, Operator brings together the relevant context — including CRM records, email threads, past notes and portfolio highlights — and condenses it into a briefing you can scan in thirty seconds. Walk in knowing the context, the open items and exactly what to discuss.

NOTES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES

While you stay present in the conversation, Alcova captures and organises what matters: key decisions, action items, discussion notes and compliance details. Every template is customisable and shareable across your team.

BUILT FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS

Capture face-to-face meetings straight from your phone, review briefings between appointments and tidy up notes on the go. Your meeting history and preparation travel with you.

ADMIN THAT HANDLES ITSELF

Once the meeting ends, your notes are structured and the right follow-up work is ready to go. Update your CRM, prepare compliance records, draft follow-up emails, queue tasks and send documents for signing.

WORKS WITH THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE

In-person meetings via the iOS app
