## What is ALDI Mobile?

The ALDI Mobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!
The following features are available:

  o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
  o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
  o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.

You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDI Mobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au

The ALDI Mobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.

ALDI Mobile is provided by MEDION Australia, ALDI's exclusive technology partner.

The app works well and my coverage is great. But I’d really like to see my usage history as well as my funds balance? Currently all I see is how much data is left. It would be useful if I could see how much data I’ve used and when? I have a data only plan. Thanks 😀📲

Two years down the track & this is still unavailable, why?

I have only had my sim which I ported across since yesterday morning. I assumed everything was fine as I had 5G, could text and make calls. Unfortunately not the case. So far (it’s been over 30hrs) I have not been able to receive calls. I have contacted and emailed Aldi mobile support multiple times. All they can do is tell me to reset my phone, take the sim out and back in, but nothing else. From what I’ve been informed, it is a porting issue that needs to be reset, but Aldi mobile can’t seem to help. Then they tell me they’ll get a technician to call me. How?? I can’t receive calls!!!! In the end I asked if it were easier to buy another sim from a different provider and just get a refund from Aldi Mobile, to which I was told, “probably yes”. I’m am flabbergasted by what I’ve had to go through, just to try and get my incoming calls working.

If you run out of credit, ALDI Mobile cuts you out completely from their own portal, so recharging isn’t an option. Pretty average experience.

These guys never bother to test their service on Safari web browser.

If you try to recharge your service using existing credit, the recharge WILL FAIL. Nothing happens when you press the “Recharge” button.

I had to use the Chrome browser on my Mac to make that darn button work. All browsers on iOS and iPadOS will fail because they all use the same underlying WebKit engine (which will NOT work).

It seems like they don’t want to get paid for having a broken website that doesn’t work with Safari. 👎👎👎👎👎

This app does not provide a single piece of useful information, including any outages or service updates which explain or allow me to report that I have had no mobile data coverage for the past 3 days. There is no support services or live information of any kind.

The app never works when you need it. Customer service/support is non existent, reception is just as bad as Optus and vodaphone in the upper mt Gravatt, 8miles plains area of Brisbane.

Aldi uses a very limited percentage of the Telstra service towers, too many black spots and slow performance. I changed back to Telstra and Aldi cancelled my plan before I had received my new sim leaving me stuck without internet and phone for 5 days! Offshore call center would not help. 
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PLAN!!
