I am highly disappointed with my experience with Aldo. I ordered a handbag worth ₹15,000 and was shocked to receive it in nothing more than a normal plastic bag. There was no box or premium packaging whatsoever.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, the packaging was absolutely pathetic and did not reflect the price or quality one would expect. It made the purchase feel cheap and poorly handled. The product may be good, but the overall unboxing experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Aldo.

They will give damaged products and then will not give you any replacement. The customer support is worst , you will keep on mailing but you wont get any response. Dont purchase

Worst experience online. First time i bought earrings online, it was not even covered in bubble wrap. Two of them were fallen down and broken. There is no return policy Aldo. Even local stores have a better packaging than you and they know how to handle fragile items.

Pathetic customer service and the quality of the bag is not that great considering the price if you still want to buy an aldo bag better get it from the store at least you can return it here they show that it can be returned or exchanged but once delivered it shows not eligible for returns and the customer care wont help you
