Ale Estefanía bring great routines but the quality and reliability of the app is very poor. Videos of minute taking forever to load, so long thar I can’t used and loose a day of the program and need to shift to my own routing. If you skip a day, you can’t go back later to complete and marked as done. Very frustrating!

I had really good hopes , but your will waste your times , she spends more time talking and setting up her equipment than showing the workout, plus the the quality and audio are pretty bad.

A veces no se escucha muy bien, debería usar micrófono, además de que  se traban los videos. Además debería que va súper rápido en los ejercicios, tengo que ir más lento porque soy más alta. Y tengo que estar pausando cada rato.

Lo que te ofrece en redes sociales es totalmente diferente a lo que obtienes.
Rutinas genéricas, cero atención al cliente, nada personalizado, dieta sin explicación. No te preguntan si tienes alguna, lesión o condición.

Esta aplicación me estresa. Es buena en teoría pero en funcionalidad es horrible. Los videos no cargan muchas veces. Tengo que reiniciarla todo el tiempo. He optado por buscar en tiktok los videos de lo que tengo que hacer, porque es más rápido y así no afecto mi entrenamiento esperando que un video cargue.

Voy a ser honesta con mi review, compré un plan y la verdad me encanta y lo he llevado muy bien. 
Pero la reseña no es por el plan, es por la aplicación. Hoy por la mañana al abrir la aplicación me pide nuevamente que haga log in. Pero no me deja o no me permite hacer click en entrar. Así que no puedo acceder a mis planes porque no me da esa opción. 
( se exactamente cuál es mi correo, y cuál es mi contraseña) así que ese no es el problema
 Solo no me deja hacer click en la opción de entrar. 🥺
Es la tercera vez que sucede en menos de 3 semanas.

Ale me cae muy bien pero yo creo que te si deja más clara las rutinas por Youtube que pagar por la rutina completa. Además de que no se pueden ver en otro lado.  Al menos no volvería a comprar otra. Si puedes evitar el gasto hazlo, sino pues ya esperamos la reseña.

Los video se traban horrible, y no es la señal de wifi… a parte dos veces le he enviado correo por unas dudas y jamás los contesta, nada que ver con lo que ves en redes sociales… mejor vean videos en youtube y no gasten su dinero!!!

Encantada las rutinas de Ale por que son super variadas, para nada me aburrí com mi entrenamiento de 8 semanas, ya lo termine y acabo de adquirir uno nuevo. En cuanto a los resultados son bastante evidentes y lo serian aún mas si hubiera sido mas aplicada con las 5 comidas del día 😅 pero bueno en cuanto a las rutinas no tengo queja. 

Lo unico que deberían de mejorar es el servicio de atención a clientes, masomenos a la semana de empezar con mi plan envíe correo con unas dudas y es fecha que siguen sin responderme.

Respecto a la app igualmente no tengo queja, me estuvo funcionando muy bien y vi todos los videos sin problema. Si su red de internet no es muy buena puede que tengan problema para ver los videos, supongo son de alta calidad lo que hace que si el internet esta fallando o que si todo mundo lo esta usando tarden un poquito en reproducirse.

No esta mal pero hay opciones más económicas y funcionales. Hasta un video de youtube ayuda más, los ejercicios son repetitivos y la "dieta" no la seguiría a menos de que fuera hecha por un nutriólogo. Me arrepiento mucho de haberla comprado.
