The aleck app is the most poorly designed offshored software I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve worked on design teams. The product is essentially unusable because of it (006). Wasted money. How do you make such a huge update without backwards compatibility?!? Was not a single UX designer consulted?? I thought my headset was broken and wasn’t able to use it for days. The headset is decent but the software is junk and I’m never updating the firmware again if I can help it. ### 2/5 — Nonstop problems *2026-01-10, version 4.4.1* Have used these for nearly a year. Sometimes app works. Sometimes it doesn’t. I have the snow headphones and also the mountain bike. The bike headphones frequently refuse to turn off.
