Contact your administrator for access. ## Version history (last 4 releases) ### 0.0.11 — 2026-08-19 Inspections now handle tables and repeatable sections from end to end. TABLES AND REPEATED SECTIONS Fill a findings log or equipment list row by row, with the whole grid scrolling sideways as one. Repeat a section for each person, vehicle or finding, and every block keeps its own answers. BUILD THEM IN THE APP Add a table, add its columns, set how many rows are allowed, and publishing tells you in plain words if something is wrong. CONDITIONAL QUESTIONS Questions set to appear only when an earlier answer matches now stay hidden until they should show, and hiding a section hides everything inside it. CLEARER SIGN-OFF When an inspection can't be completed, the app names the exact row that still needs answering. FULL SUMMARIES An answered inspection now shows every row and every instance, with its notes, photos and linked actions. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Live scoring as you answer, the template's document code on screen, clearer damaged-asset choices, a "Default" mark on the board a list opens on, and fixes to saving a location, deleting a row, and cards with long status names. ### 0.0.9 — 2026-08-13 This update makes reporting quicker and stops work going astray. Incident reports A customer complaint now asks for its customer while you are still filling in the report, instead of refusing the report at the end. When property or asset damage is involved, the damaged asset can be filled straight from the ticket in one tap. Assets and equipment A new facility or piece of equipment now arrives with its namespace already filled in, ordered with your default first. Records can no longer be saved into a namespace you cannot open, so nothing disappears after you save. Investigations and reviews Investigations now have their own Recommendations section, kept as a numbered list. An action or a management review decision that is already tracked by its own ticket no longer has to be typed out as well. Faster and clearer Board pickers are now searchable and load as you scroll instead of pulling every board up front. Notification settings show only the alerts your organisation has switched on, and messages explaining a refused save now appear in English and Arabic. ### 0.0.8 — 2026-08-11 Long written answers on a ticket now keep their formatting — bold, headings, bullet and numbered lists, quotes and links — and editing one gives you a formatting bar and a Write/Preview toggle. Any field you've filled in can now be emptied again: record pickers get a Clear button, dropdowns get an × in place of the arrow. Signatures now save reliably however fast you move — saving the instant you finish signing no longer loses the signature. Activity spells out what each edit changed, listing every field with its old and new value, in your own language. Approvals can't get stuck: a ticket can't be sent for approval or approved while a required question is unanswered, and an approved ticket can be reopened. Announcements open as a full screen, the list keeps its counts up to date as you read and react, and the create form is tidier and tells you what's missing. Every board now has an All tab, and the template tab is called Form on every type except inspections.
