## What is AlekSound?

AlekSound — Frequency Generator

**A precision tone generator with a meditative soul.**

AlekSound allows you to create "moods" where one or multiple frequencies and waveforms can work together to form a special sonic backdrop.

Turn your iPhone into a flexible audio frequency generator, from clinical precision to calming sound exploration.

Dial in any frequency

Set any frequency from **20 Hz to 12 kHz**, down to the decimal. Enter an exact value or choose from 12 presets, tuned by default to the chromatic scale at concert pitch (**A = 440 Hz**). Save your own frequencies or polyphonic creations to a mood with a single tap.

Shape the tone

Blend **sine, square, sawtooth, and triangle** waveforms in any combination. Create everything from a clean test tone to a rich, layered drone.

Bend it live

Use the responsive pitch-bend slider to sweep the frequency in real time.

Draw your own pitch and pan curve

Trace a path with your finger—forward, backward, or anywhere in between. AlekSound transforms your gesture into a looping, breathing pitch animation with a soft glowing trail.

It's a sound tool and a meditative visual experience in one.

Save & share complete setups

Save your frequency, waveform blend, and drawn pitch curve to one of **6 save slots**. Export complete setups as files to share your favorite sounds with others.

Built for real use

* Native output-device switching for **speaker, AirPods, CarPlay, and more**
* Smooth audio fades on every reset to prevent clicks and pops
* Clean, focused interface designed to stay out of your way

Whether you're a musician tuning by ear, experimenting with relaxation frequencies, exploring sound, or simply curious what **528 Hz** actually sounds like, AlekSound gives you precise control—and a genuinely pleasant way to sit with a sound.

Record the output and send it to a friend, or why not share your polyphonic setups or interesting frequencies.

Hit the invert button and control a set of 12 frequency controlled notch filters over a slice of white noise.

You can also view the audio visualization by swiping left

**Explore frequencies. Shape sound. Find your tone.**
