There is no communication from them providing updates on your claims and they’re straight up lying when they say you will be reimbursed in 1-3 business days after submitting the claim. I submitted a claim on 6/07. Today is 6/28 and I still haven’t received payment. They allege a check has been sent. We’ll see. Do yourself a favor and set your money aside for vision and dental. You will hate using them and I guarantee you’ll only make the mistake of using the service one time. Also, I requested direct deposit but because there is no guidance or communication from them, I didn’t know it was not set up properly. The dude on the phone said I “should” have been sent a check but I’m not holding my breath on anything from these clowns. ### 1/5 — Zero if possible *2022-09-28, version 10.1.0* They hold your money hostage when THEY have thousands of YOUR dollars held in limbo whenever there is a dispute about a submittal no matter how little of your money is involved.
