I changed from WiFi cameras, which weren’t that great because of the storage. This has a dvr with tons of storage. I like the app as it’s simple to use and always works. I’m able to pull up my cameras anywhere I am within seconds. I wish the zoom was more clear so if I needed to zoom in on a license plate I could see it clearly. Other than that I don’t have any issues with it. ### 2/5 — Playback *2023-04-01, version 5.1.0* After how long, the app is finally updated. It seems ok, but the playback continues to show a solid blue streamline rather than blue for outside movement. Because of theft in my neighborhood, I spend unnecessary time every day filtering through the night's activities. When I originally signed up with Alert 360 the app playback showed movement. We even said something about it to our in-home technician 6 months ago. Our agreement timeline expired and we are looking into new options. ### 3/5 — Times? *2023-01-02, version 4.11.0* Somehow the time on the cameras does not correlate to the actual time. Seems like this should be an easy fix in settings, but it’s not. Frustrating ### 3/5 — Keeps going “device is offline” *2022-09-16, version 4.11.0* Every few months, it happens, I can’t view the cameras because they go offline as my subject states. I’ve done nothing to change passwords, or anything I can think of that would cause this. I have to delete the app, reinstall it and log back in. Sometimes I have problems doing this. Not sure what’s happening. The app is easy to use, has the necessary menu to look at my cameras when the app works. At the time, the young man assisting us showed us the new version on the app. What's different now is, when you need to go back and review possible activity, you can't fast forward, rewind, nor see elevated blue lines of activity. You're forced to watch minute by minute until, hopefully, you finally, find activity. Last night a neighbors vehicle was stolen out of their driveway, and I don't have 6-7 hours to sit and watch for the activity. So another neighbor is looking on their cameras instead. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2021-05-22, version 4.11.0* The only reason I’m gonna give this a two star review. Because I’ve been with these people for a very long time. For the last two or three years now. They upgrade us two monitors with the 360 live.. it is been so frustrating for the last two years that they cannot correct some of the things that they have to do. They would have to come over fix it and then come back and fix it again come back and fix it again. It is so frustrating day also don’t set the time the date that when I wanted to see some thing or record it I can’t figure out the The date and time. Because they’ve got it at military time. I’ve become very well known with Philip that works there. Because he has to come at my location at least once a month or every other month. I am so frustrated the last time they were at my place. They also did some damage to my wall. And I had to have one One of the servers guys that showed up. Had a scarf for a mask. And it would keep falling off his face. And I requested for him to wear a mask in my home. He looked like he wasn’t happy. But he did but half the time the mess kept falling off his face. I would gave him one he didn’t put it on. He left the scarf on. ### 2/5 — Constantly shuts down & slow loading *2021-01-17, version 4.5.0* The app constantly shuts down EVERY TIME I go from portrait to landscape viewing. This DOES NOT make me feel safe. Which defeats the whole purpose of having this and the Alert 360 app. Fix this!! Thats the only good thing i have to say about these cameras or 360 customer service/support. I have camera’s for safety reasons. I had a theft. Knew the time range it happened. I dont have a single frame to give the police. Cant watch at a continuous fast forward. 1/2 the time it reads ‘no video available’. Why have cameras if you can’t easily review recordings? Very disappointed that this service costs an arm and a leg but has such a poor user interface and even worse customer service. If you are looking for a security/surveillance system, do yourself a favor and look for something else. Also the driveway cameras need some type of cover that will keep the camera’s glass dome from getting debris on them which effects the infra red capability. Also had to tell the main office to stop notifications to the police department due to false alarms!!!
