Comprei pensando que daria para sincronizar, mas não dá, mas na web é o melhor até o momento

**Developer response:** Chamar uma empresa de golpe, sem provas, é crime de calúnia conforme previsto no Código Penal. Em nenhum lugar do aplicativo, há informação de que a assinatura pelo app dá direito de acesso ao website. A Apple tem uma política restrita de acesso aos dados dos usuários e não permite a sincronização. Nossa empresa não tem problema nenhum com reembolso, quando é solicitado. Então o que você falou, de ter o reembolso negado, NÃO É VERDADE. Informe seu nome e email registrado que entraremos em contato. Como sua reclamação é anônima, nós entendemos isso como tentativa de manchar nossa reputação.

Adquiri um acesso por meio do aplicativo acreditando, com base na forma como a empresa apresenta sua oferta, que teria acesso ao mesmo sistema disponível no site oficial. A identidade visual, o nome da plataforma e os serviços oferecidos sugerem fortemente que o conteúdo seria sincronizado com o website, o que não corresponde à realidade.

Após a compra, constatei que o acesso é exclusivo via aplicativo, sem possibilidade de login ou continuidade dos estudos pelo navegador. A navegação dentro do app também se mostrou confusa, com instabilidades e travamentos frequentes que comprometem a experiência do usuário.

Solicitei o reembolso diante dessa incongruência e da ausência de informações claras antes da compra, mas meu pedido foi negado sob a alegação de que estava informado que o acesso seria apenas por celular — o que, repito, não estava destacado de forma adequada ou explícita. Para agravar a situação, o gerente responsável pelo atendimento, identificado como Miguel, chegou ao ponto de bloquear meu acesso ao website, demonstrando total descaso com o consumidor.

Infelizmente, fiquei no prejuízo e me senti enganado. Não recomendo a empresa, especialmente pela falta de transparência e pela forma desrespeitosa com que tratam o cliente após a venda.
