## What is Alertify?

Alertify is a community-powered alerting app that allows for you to share local hazards with your community. With Alertify users are able to report incidents they see within a few seconds. They can specify the can draw the boundary of the incident, add a description, and add some photos. The app will send push notifications to local users and users can pitch in by responding to widgets (to improve app's understanding of location of the incident), "upvoting" or "downvoting" the post, and drawing their own version of the boundary to where they think the incident is happening.
